Raised in Garland, TX, Mike Davis has always had a deep passion for the outdoors. An avid hunter and long-distance shooting enthusiast, Mike’s love for rural land and outdoor recreation makes him a natural fit at Mad Ranches. He plays a key role in identifying and assessing properties that offer the perfect balance of natural beauty and recreational potential.
Before transitioning to the land industry, Mike built a successful career in the automotive world. In 2010, he founded an automotive repair facility, growing the business from modest beginnings into a thriving operation with 14 service bays and 18 dedicated employees. His entrepreneurial spirit, combined with a reputation for integrity and quality, helped him establish a business that puts customer needs first—values that continue to guide his worktoday
With over 30 years of business experience and a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors, Mike contributes invaluable expertise to the Mad Ranches team. His commitment to the land and his passion for outdoor pursuits make him an essential part of our mission to offer exceptional rural properties
When he’s not involved in land assessments or strategic planning, Mike enjoys traveling, spending time withh is wife, and exploring the great outdoors.
Aaron Davis - Owner / Founder

A former U.S.Marine, Aaron brings discipline, leadership, and a commitment to excellence into every thing he does. After his military service, he built a successful career as a real estate broker, where he developed a keen understanding of land sales, rural properties, and the unique needs of buyers looking for recreational or investment land
In addition to his extensive real estate experience, Aaron also has a strong background in web development and technology. This combination of skills allows him to bring a modern approach to land marketing, ensuring that Mad Ranches stays at the cutting edge of the industry, while still honoring traditional values like integrity and customer service
